Indicus was founded by two Chartered Accountants who have spent their careers working across Africa’s financial services landscape. They founded Indicus because they believe more Africans should have access to affordable financial infrastructure not as an aspiration, but as a commercial reality.
Clive Munemo CA(Z)
Co-Founder & CEO
Clive is a Chartered Accountant (CA(Z)) with professional experience spanning corporate advisory and financial services across Africa. Through project-based and advisory assignments, he has worked with major financial institutions in the banking and mobile money industry. He brings first-hand knowledge of the financial corridors and operating environments that Indicus is building on.
Shingirai Mushangwe CA(Z), CAANZ
Co-Founder & CFO
Shingirai is a dual-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(Z) and CAANZ) with professional experience in financial advisory and strategic roles across Africa and Australia. He has worked with financial services businesses in both markets and brings financial governance, regulatory awareness and operational discipline to the Indicus founding team.
